سؤالي الى الطلاب اليمنين الذي يستلمون Bafög هل يمكن معرفه الاجراءت للحصول عليها, لانه كنت عندهم وقالوا لايحق لك ذلك لان نوع الاقامه عندك ما تسمح لك التقديم في ذلك فما هي الطريقه من اجل تغيير الاقامه والحصول على Bafög ؟

هي منحة تقدمها الدولة الالمانية للالمان بشكل خاص, لكن هذا الموضوع كبير و يحتاج منك معلومات اكثر عن نوع اقامتك و ما هي ارقام القوانين المكتوبة على اقامتك و الخ .

كما سبق و قلت لك انه الموضوع معقد بعض الشىء, اقراء القوانين التي في الاعلى و ستعرف ما هو الافضل لك. ولكن بالمختصر ال BAföG يمنح للطلاب الباقيين في المانيا لفترة طويلة و يكون عندهم اقائمة غير محدودة unbefristete Aufenthaltserlaubnis
الحاصل على BAföG يجب عليه إعادة دفع حوالي نصف المبلغ و اذا تم إعادة مبلغ كبير من نصف المبلغ يمكن المسامحة في الباقي.
