أخوتي الكرام هنا اود ان اطرح مقترح وهو ان نكون عونا للملحقية وخاصة بعد صرف الربع الرابع فبحسب توقعي انه في الربع الاول من العام القادم سيكون التأخير أكثر وذلك لأسباب سنسمعها على لسان الملحقية فعلى سبيل المثال::: بسبب السنة الجديدة والحسابات الختامية للسنة الماضية سيتم تأخير الربع ونعدكم أعزانا الطلاب باستمرار الصرف بشكل منتظم. أو ::: بسبب تغيير المدير المالي سيتم تأخير الربع حتى نتمكن من تغيير التوقيع المعتمد للشيكات. أو ::: بسبب التأخر في اعداد الكشوفات وكذلك حصر الطلاب المتعثرين. أو ::: بسبب الحصول على آخر شهادة قيد. أو ::: بسبب ووو.... الى أخره لذلك اقترح ان نتفادى هذه الاعذار التي قد تكون صحيحة او خاطئة وهذا لا يعنينا لاننا هنا بحكم قرارات ايفاد وعلى من أوفدنا الى هنا توفير كل وسائل الراحة لكي نسير في دراستنا بشكل سليم لذا اقترح ان نكون عونا للمحلقية من الان فاليوم هو التاسع من نوفمبر اي مازال امامنا الوقت واقتراحي هو ان نبدأ من الان بمخاطبة الملحقية عن النواقص في ملفات الطلاب وما الذي يريدونه من الطلاب حال وصول المنح حتى يتم توفيرها في الوقت المناسب لان غيرنا من الدول تصرف المنح لطلابها كل شهر ولا يوجد تأخير وسفارتنا الموقرة لديها ثلاثة أشهر لكي تعد كشوفات لا تستغرق يومين. أخوتي ألم تسمعوا بحكومة الظل وانا اقترح هنا ان نوجد سفارة ظل او نخليها ملحقية ظل وهو ان نعين مننا نحن الطلاب ملحقية مثلا نعين ملحق ثقافي يقوم بمتابعة الملحق وآخر مساعد ملحق وآخر مسؤل مالي وهكذا لكن هذا يستلزم التصويت على الاشخاص بعدد كبير يقوموا بالتصويت في هذا الموضوع وانا لا اقصد ان يكونوا ممثلين لجميع الطلاب وانما للمشتركين في المنتدى حتى لا يقول قائل اننا تحدثنا باسمهم لا اطيل اكثر من اللازم ومنتظر ردودكم
أخي madmoha999 اشكرك على مرورك لكن الذي اقصده هنا ان نختار اشخاص معينين سواء من الاخوة او من الاخوات لهذا العمل من أجل الجميع بمعنى ان نحدد اشخاص بأسمائهم ولا سيما الاخوة في برلين كون تواصلهم مع السفارة سيكون أسهل..
