أعلنت هيئة تحرير موقع "المصدر أون لاين" الإخباري أن الاتصالات اليمنية قامت بحجب الموقع عن الزوار من داخل الأراضي اليمنية كما لم تتمكن من تحديثه منذ مساء أمس الثلاثاء.
وقال بلاغ صحفي صادر عن "المصدر أون لاين" أنه و"بعد التواصل مع الشركة المستضيفة، والتأكد من إمكانية تصفحه من خارج اليمن، تأكد لنا أن الموقع قد تعرض للحجب القسري من قبل وزارة المواصلات باعتبارها المزود الرئيسي لخدمة الأنترنت في اليمن".
واستغرب البيان "لجوء الوزارة والسلطات اليمنية عموماً إلى هذا الإجراء التعسفي وغير القانوني بالرغم من أننا حاولنا طيلة الفترة الماضية التغاضي عن نشر أخبار قدّرنا أنها قد تزعج السلطات الرسمية، مع امتلاكنا حق نشرها من منطلق مهني وقانوني، لكننا ندرك أننا في بلد لا يسود فيه القانون أصلاً. فإننا في الوقت ذاته لا ندري ما هي الدوافع التي تتمرس ورائها السلطات الرسمية وتقف خلف القيام بهذا العمل الجبان"!. حسب تعبيرهم.
وأدان البيان وبشدة "حجب وزارة المواصلات للموقع وكذا إصرار السلطات اليمنية على تعمد حجب المعلومة خلافاً للحق الدستوري والقانوني الذي ينص على حرية تدفق المعلومات، فضلاً عن استمرارها في القيام بتصرفات خارجة ومتناقضة مع القوانين التي بموجبها تنظم ممارسة العمل الصحفي في البلاد".
وحمل البيان الاتصالات المسؤولية قائلاً: إن إدارة تحرير موقع المصدر أونلاين الاخباري المستقل إذ تحمل وزارة المواصلات المسؤولية الكاملة جراء ما تعرض له الموقع من حجب غير قانوني عن متصفحيه، فإننا نؤكد على تمسكنا بحقنا القانوني في مقاضاتها باعتبارها المسؤولة قانوناً والجهة الوحيدة المزودة لخدمة الانترنت في اليمن، وبذلك امكانها وحدها القيام بمثل هذه القرصنة، رغم إداركنا في الوقت ذاته أن ثمة جهات أمنية تقف بشكل غير مباشر وراء هذه العملية اللاخلاقية.
كما طالب نقابة الصحافيين اليمنيين القيام بواجبها في التصدي لهذه "المهزلة التي تعرض لها الموقع، والتي تعد جزء من حملة تشنها السلطة ضد المواقع الإخبارية الإلكترونية والصحافة وحرية الكلمة في البلاد عموماً".
ودعا "الزملاء الصحفيين والحقوقيين ومنظمات المجتمع المدني للتضامن معنا والضغط على الجهات المعنية لرفع الحجب القسري عن الموقع، كما والتفاعل مع الفعاليات التي سنعلنها في وقت لاحق حالما أصرت الوزارة على استمرار هذا الحجب".
من جهتها أدانت هيئة تحرير موقع "نشوان نيوز" حجب موقع "المصدر أون لاين" وتؤكد تضامنها الكامل مع جميع وسائل الإعلام اليمنية الإلكترونية التي تعرضت للحجب عن المتصفحين عن داخل اليمن.

من وزارة الاتصالات ومن الاعلام بشكل عام في اليمن المفروض يحجبوا المواقع الاباحيه احسن لهم ويحسنوا صورة اليمن واليمنين ويغلقوا القناة الغبيه اللي بيسموها اليمن
لكن في بلد كاليمن اذا اغتصبت ولم تستطع المقاومة فتمتع
