بعد اصابة الرئيس على عبدالله صالح في الجمعة الماضية و بالتحديد قبل اسبوع , يتم الان التلميع للمبادرة الخليجية .
انا ارى ان المبادرة الخليجية لا تلعب بالدستور اليمني و مستقبل اليمن فحسب , بل ايضاً تنتهك احكام القران الكريم .
قبل ان نبداء في الحوار حول المبادرة , نحب ان نرى ما هي الاحتمالات التي تنهي اي نظام او حكم في دول العالم الثالث !
في دول العالم الثالث يتم تغيير النظام و السلطة اما عن طريق النفي او الاعدام او السجن , فاذا هرب على عبدالله صالح و لم يحاكم و قام بتوقيع المبادرة الخليجية , فيعتبر هذا انقلاب و ليس ثورة سلمية و هنا نعود الى نقطة البداية و هي دولة من دول العالم الثالث .
للتقدم باليمن , يجب عودة على عبدالله صالح الى اليمن و يوضع خلف القبضان , ليس هو وحدة فقط , بل ايضاً جميع اركان نظامة و يتم محاكمتهم .
وهذا يعني اننا لا يجب ان نصدق الاعلام او الصحف فيما يقال عن على عبدالله صالح و نظامة , بل يجب تقديم هذه الدلائل امام على عبدالله صالح و نظامة و امام المحكمة و يجب محاكمته وهو ما زال رئيس جمهورية على الاقل ! فالحكومة القادمة يجب ان تعرف انها ستحاسب و ان الشعب هو مصدر السلطة و صاحبها
اضافة ان المبادرة الخليجية تتناقض مع الشرع الاسلامي , فالقران الكريم قال فيما يعنيه ان القاتل يقتل و المبادرة الخليجية تؤمن المجرمون و القتله من المحاسبة الالاهية . و تعطي هولاء المجرمون بحق الشعب و الوطن حصانة ابدية . كما ان المبادرة الخليجة غير دستورية , لانها تتناقض مع المادة 3 و التي تنص بان الشريعة الاسلامية هي مصدر القوانين و التشريعات.
اضافة ان اوليا الدم هم اصحاب الحق في العفوا الخاص , اما العفوا العام فيعود الى المحكمة و ذمه القاضي
فاذا كنا نريد ان يكون لنا يمن جديد , فلا للمبادرة الخليجية و لا للانقلاب و لا للحرب الاهلية
ازيد اذكر شىء واحد فقط , وهو ان الرئيس على عبدالله صالح اقسم ان لا للقاعدة وجود في اليمن و ذلك في خليجي عشرين و بالتحديد في نوفمبر العام الماضي و الان تعود القاعدة , لتنقذه من الموت . فمن هو الان زعيم القاعدة الحقيقي ؟؟
