تم اليوم بصنعاء وفي موكب جنائزي مهيب تشييع جثمان فقيد الوطن الكبير المناضل عبدالكريم اسماعيل السكري الذي وافته المنية أمس عن عمر ناهز الـ90 عاما قضى معظمه في خدمة الوطن. حيث كان في مقدمة المشيعين الأخ عبدربه منصور هادي نائب رئيس الجمهورية ورئيس مجلس الشورى عبد العزيز عبد الغني ونائب رئيس الوزراء لشؤون الدفاع والأمن وزير الادارة المحلية الدكتور رشاد العليمي . حيث تم الصلاة على فقيد الوطن في جامع العرضي، ثم لف بالعلم الجمهوري على عربة عسكرية، فيما تعزف الموسيقى العسكرية الجنائزية، ووري جثمان الفقيد الثرى بمقبرة الشهداء وسط جموع غفيرة من الضباط العسكريين وأصدقاءه وأقرباءه .
